

Randy Schwartz serves as Chief Executive Officer for Windstone Behavioral Health providing strategic oversight for the organization as well as its operations and Sales and Marketing efforts. Prior to joining Windstone, Mr. Schwartz has held numerous executive positions including Executive Director of SCAN Health Plan, Chief Operating Officer for P5 Health Services, Vice President of Operations for Wellpoint Health, and Senior Vice President of Operations for John Hancock Financial. Mr. Schwartz studied at the University of California at Santa Barbara.
 
NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
Ronald Wong has served as the Network Administrator for Windstone Behavioral Health since the company's inception. He oversees all operational aspects related to provider relations, clinic operations and provider recruitment.
He has worked in the healthcare industry for over twenty five years and has held management positions operating skilled nursing facilities (free standing and hospital based), physician group practices, hospital administration and behavioral health management services. He holds a Master's in Public Health, a Master's in Gerontology and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and the University of Southern California.
He has been married for 23 and resides in Torrance, California with his wife and three children.
 
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER
George Orras, Ph.D., M.B.A. is the President and Chief Clinical Officer for Windstone Behavioral Health. He joined the Windstone team with 27 years of experience in administration, marketing, mental health program development and direct mental health service provision. His responsibilities include clinical program maintenance and development and assisting in standardizing data definitions and reporting formats for behavioral health. Additionally, he provides supervision in administrative/clinical performance and utilization management as well as creating and developing new behavioral health strategies and community based clinical program integration.
Prior to his current corporate position he was National Vice President of Clinical Operations for Value Behavioral Health’s Public Sector Division. Dr. Orras was President and Chief Operating Officer of Newport PsychCare/Pacific Behavioral Management from 1992 through 1997. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Marketing and Operations for Newport Harbor Health Care, Inc., a child and adolescent hospital and residential facility in Orange County, California. He has also independently contracted with a variety of regional and corporate companies including Century Health Care of California and College Health Enterprises, Charter Medical Corporation and Community Psychiatric Centers.
Dr. Orras received a doctorate degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. He is currently licensed as an LCSW in the state of California.
